Our Case Managers are rated 4.8 out of 5 for quality.
For the past six years, we have asked for feedback on how we are managing the files referred to our case managers. As we have grown our team to what is now six medical and vocational case managers, it is gratifying to hear what we are doing right. We appreciate the help with on what we should be doing more, better.
